earlier and earlier in life to address all the modern day issues and life stressors they currently face; without having to resort to extreme coping mechanisms.

I also focus on helping seniors (50+) lead happier, more rewarding and fulfilling lives.

Additionally assist in many other areas including; Anxiety, Confidence, Stop Smoking/Vaping, Weight Management and Self -Esteem issues.
