I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor, Psychotherapist, Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner and Holistic Life Coach.

I help people who struggle with anxiety, depression, are feeling stuck, going through challenging life changes, career changes, have relationship problems, lack self-confidence, are recovering from abuse, want to overcome a pattern that keeps them stuck, and more.

I am here to help you overcome the obstacles that are holding you back. My aim is to empower you so that you can live life as the authentic expression of your true self.

My personal approach to psychological help is underpinned by the Integrative approach to counselling and psychotherapy. I am a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist registered with the BACP, a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Holistic Personal Development Life Coach. I believe it is important to understand the clients' goals and needs before deciding on the best approach that is best for them. Each person is unique.
